This is an authentic vintage Rokuzan necklace from Japan, circa 1970s-1980s, made in solid 925 sterling silver with genuine millet freshwater pearls and marcasite — in Rokuzan's signature "Lace" or "Tatting Lace" design. Not a reproduction. The S925 stamp is on the pearl cluster drop .

*What you see in your photos:*

*1. The Signature Rokuzan Lace:* The pendant is an openwork ribbon bow with two milgrain-edged scrolls, like handmade bobbin lace. The entire frame is pave-set with glittering marcasites — each one hand-set. The leaves and scrolls are detailed on both front and back (old Rokuzan quality).

*2. Genuine Millet Freshwater Pearls:* 25+ tiny millet seed pearls, 2-3mm each, set in floral clusters — 7 pearls at the top crown, 7 in the center, 3+3 on the side loops, 5 at the bottom drop. Real pearls with soft luster and slight size variation, not plastic. This is Rokuzan's classic "millet pearl" style.

*3. Complete Original Y-Chain:* Original Rokuzan chain with the ornate double swag connector. The center round connector and teardrop connectors are also marcasite set. The drop moves — top crown, main lace body, pearl cluster, and small spear tip — 4 articulated parts that flutter when worn. Very feminine.

This necklace was designed to look like antique French lace jewelry from the 1900s, but made in Japan to the highest standard. The oxidization between the marcasites is intentional — makes the sparkle pop.
